Using clean hands, scoop out cream onto clean skin and gently massage into muscles. Avoid broken or irritated skin as magnesium oil will sting. Apply to sore muscles for relief or to the bottom of your feet for a better night's sleep. Rinse hands after application. Do NOT use on nasal membranes.
